02 / NATURE OF THE BRIEF SERVICE (DIAGNOSTIC LEAD FORM)
The form provided on the site (Diagnostic Brief) is a free service rendered electronically. Its sole purpose is to gather the initial operational parameters of the client's plant (headcount, defined optimization goals) to enable substantive preparation for a technical conversation and a potential Gemba Walk audit.
03 / OFFER DISCLAIMER (CIVIL CODE)
All ROI calculators, financial simulations, implementation examples, and data produced by automated processing of the Diagnostic Brief are illustrative and estimative only. They do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Art. 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code. The binding technical specification, schedule, and cost estimate for Lean/AI system deployment are defined solely within an individually signed bilateral agreement (B2B Contract).
04 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (PROPRIETARY DESIGNS)
All proprietary technical schematics, vector SVG drawings (including the Closed-Loop Topology diagram, 5S board drawings, blueprint frames, and the front-end code structure) are the intellectual property of the site's author. Copying, reproduction, or use of visual and structural elements for commercial purposes without express written consent is prohibited under penalty of legal liability.
05 / COMPLAINTS & TECHNICAL REPORTS
Any errors in the operation of the site code, form validation errors (Poka-Yoke loops), or comments on system behavior can be reported directly to the project engineer at: mrugala@engileanai.com. Technical reports are handled within an optimal cycle time, no longer than 14 business days.
