Machine review against Regulation (EU) 2023/1230
- Who it is for

A machine builder or integrator whose machine goes on the market from 20 January 2027.

The review covers one machine in depth, once. The subscription covers your whole machine range on an ongoing basis.

Credit: order the subscription within 30 days of the report and PLN 6,000 is deducted from its first invoices.
- Not included
Writing or correcting documentation, risk assessment from scratch, measurement and validation of safety functions, conformity assessment within the meaning of the regulation. The manufacturer signs the declaration of conformity.
Machinery safety specialist subscription
- Who it is for

Machinery manufacturers and integrators that have no machinery safety specialist on the team, or have been unable to hire one for a long time.
- Problem

Product changes, new projects and compliance documentation need continuous attention, not a one-off project.
- Scope

The task list is agreed at the start of the cooperation. Typically:
- risk assessment of new and modified products
- review of technical documentation, declarations of conformity and instructions
- maintaining the change register
- answering designers' questions
We agree the scope of work within the available time together. Full preparation of a machine's documentation or a risk assessment of a whole line may require a separate order.

Initial review: up to 10 machines or product families, documentation status, change register. Included in the subscription price.

A one-page report every month: what has been done, what is open, what needs a decision.

The manufacturer's decisions. The manufacturer signs the declaration of conformity and is responsible for placing the machinery on the market.
Documentation review of imported machinery

A report of formal gaps and a 15-minute debrief

Companies buying a machine from outside the EU, before payment or acceptance.
- Problem

The seller's documents are often incomplete or do not meet EU requirements, and after payment it is hard to force corrections.
- Scope

One machine, based on a closed set of documents of up to 200 pages in total:
- declaration of conformity
- instructions in the version supplied by the seller
- photos of the nameplate and markings
- photos of the machine
- specification from the offer
- Result

A report of formal gaps and irregularities, with a list of what to demand from the seller, plus a 15-minute call on the findings.

No inspection or testing of the machine. No confirmation of its technical conformity and no conformity assessment within the meaning of the regulations.
Compliance programme for importers
- Who it is for

Companies that regularly import machinery from outside the EU and resell it.
- Problem

From 20 January 2027, the obligations of machinery importers are set out in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230. In an inspection, the questions go to the importer, not to the manufacturer outside the EU.

The decision to place a machine on the market. I design the process and verify documents; the importer makes the decision.
Data and security
- Client documents
I process clients' technical documentation locally, on my own workstation. I do not send its contents to external AI models or cloud services. You provide the files through an agreed channel, and once the engagement is complete I delete them by the agreed deadline.
