Terms of Service

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the engileanai.com website, run by Mateusz Mrugała, who conducts business under the name EngiLEAN AI Mateusz Mrugała, os. Jana III Sobieskiego 40/2N, 60-688 Poznań, Poland, NIP 781 211 18 39, REGON 544 896 564, email mrugala@engileanai.com (the Service Provider).
  2. These Terms are the terms of service referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną).

2. Services provided on the website

  1. The Service Provider provides two services free of charge by electronic means: making the content of the website available, and a contact form, which allows an enquiry to be sent to the Service Provider.
  2. The agreement for making content available is concluded when the user enters the website and terminated when the user leaves it. The agreement for using the form is concluded when the user starts filling it in and terminated when the message is sent or the user gives up sending it.

3. Technical requirements

Using the website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. To send the contact form, the browser must have JavaScript enabled; without it, you can contact the Service Provider directly by email.

4. Rules of use

It is prohibited to submit unlawful content through the form and to take actions that may disrupt the operation of the website.

5. Risks

Using the internet involves risks such as malware, phishing attempts and interception of transmissions. The Service Provider uses an encrypted connection to the website. Using up-to-date software and antivirus protection is recommended.

6. Information on the website and prices

  1. Prices given on the website are net amounts, to which VAT is added at the applicable rate.
  2. Information on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The scope, deadline and terms of each order are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.
  3. The descriptions of tools in the R&D section present research and development work and its current status; they are not an offer to sell software.

7. Complaints

Complaints about the operation of the website can be submitted to mrugala@engileanai.com. The Service Provider replies within 14 days of receiving a complaint.

8. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Final provisions

The Service Provider may change the Terms for important reasons, in particular a change in legislation or in the scope of the services. A change takes effect on the day the new version is published on the website. Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by Polish law. Effective date: 10 October 2026.
